Start the New Year with a new direction

Do you want to find a job or start a course? If so, then help is at hand. Wakefield Council has teamed up with a range of partners and is offering confidence building sessions, as well as advice about searching for jobs and going to interviews.

There is a range of support, which will help you to find a new direction and take the steps you want to take. You could gain work experience through taster sessions in health and social care, childcare, construction, office administration and many more other areas of work.

Free childcare and travel is available, and if you receive benefits they will not be affected.
