The tariff is offered to all customers on the benefits listed below who are a pre-payment customer – the tariff gets reduced to the same as those paying by direct debit.

Must be on: Income Support, Income Based Jobseekers Allowance, Pension Credit, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit, Child Tax Credit and/or Working Tax Credit with gross annual income of less than £14,495, Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance.
